The Clinician Behind the Practice
Angelah Cramer
LMSW, CAADC, CCS
EMDRIA Certified EMDR Therapist
Founder | Psychotherapist | Purple Change Wellness®
For more than two decades, Angelah Cramer has devoted her work to helping adults heal with clarity, structure, and depth. As the founder of Purple Change Wellness®, she has cultivated a clinical environment where healing is intentional, personalized, and grounded in excellence, a space designed for adults who think deeply, feel intensely, and often carry more than others realize.
Angelah's therapeutic style is structured, modality-driven, and accountability-focused. Rather than relying on open-ended talk therapy, she utilizes focused, evidence-based approaches that provide a clear framework for meaningful progress. Her work resonates with individuals who value purpose, growth, and active engagement in the therapeutic process.
She is especially attuned to growth-oriented adults who value self-awareness, personal development, and intentional living, individuals who often appear capable and composed while navigating complex emotional, sensory, relational, or neurodivergent experiences beneath the surface. Many have spent years excelling in their responsibilities while quietly carrying burdens that others may never fully see.

Angelah creates a space where these experiences are recognized, understood, and gently explored, helping clients cultivate greater self-trust, emotional clarity, and a renewed sense of possibility.
Angelah is a Certified EMDR Therapist through EMDRIA and a Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) Therapist, utilizing structured, evidence-based modalities that help adults process adverse and overwhelming experiences with clarity, stability, and confidence. Licensed in both Michigan and Florida as a clinical master's level social worker, she provides trauma-focused care grounded in nervous system awareness and practical, lasting change.
Her work also extends to the development of emerging clinicians, where she mentors and supervises graduate-level social work interns and practitioners pursuing professional growth, certification, and licensure.
Across every role, Angelah brings a steady, intuitive presence, a deep respect for the complexity of the human experience, and a gift for seeing strengths where others see obstacles. She recognizes patterns, connections, and possibilities that often remain hidden, helping clients transform insight into meaningful action and lasting growth.
Beyond clinical practice, Angelah continues to innovate at the intersection of wellness, personal development, and therapeutic excellence, creating experiences that foster resilience, emotional intelligence, and sustainable transformation.
Outside of her professional work, Angelah finds renewal through nature, movement, and lifelong learning. Guided by curiosity and reflection, she seeks experiences that challenge her thinking, deepen her understanding, and inspire continued growth.
